Tiger Analytics - a leader in high-impact data solutions for Fortune 500 companies - was struggling to recruit and retain talent. The project was greenlit based on trust, and we approached it with a simple strategy: keep it relatable. We created social media posts, handbooks, and videos that followed employee journeys and testimonials that shed light on how flexible work policies allowed staff to balance personal goals with their careers.
Bringing the brand to life, literally
By keeping real faces and everyday experiences (that's right) at the centre, Tiger Analytics’ talent branding was beginning to paint a picture of what it truly meant to work at Tiger Analytics instead of displaying a bunch of jargon, numbers, and AI-generated images. This human touch was facilitating other humans to imagine themselves working there even before they applied. How did we know?
The rollout of these videos happened at a career fair, and it was an immediate success. The video booth was seeing engagement they hadn’t for a long time, and some fresh graduates even expressed admiration for this data science behemoth.
