Tellable redesigns the website of a professional services firm, but not before clarifying their brand story

There’s nothing more fulfilling than a client who comes back for more. Nothing better than the knowledge that we have created value, and that we’ve been given an opportunity to do it again.
Innosolv was one such client. When they had first approached us for a presentation design project, we hadn’t expected them to come back months later with a new, bigger request – they loved the presentation, so could we redesign their website?
Their existing website had not been updated in a decade, and it no longer reflected their growth as a company, and the services they had evolved to offer during this time. The design was dated, and wasn’t doing their brand justice; and so the team at Innosolv decided it was time for change.
We were excited to be tasked with building their online identity – but we felt there was a problem.
Any other agency could have created a generic website and called it a day. But Tellable is more than an agency that simply executes a task. As strategic storytelling partners, we wanted to make sure the website communication is not only contemporary, but also clear and compelling.
With Innosolv, we realised that there was a bigger problem at hand than just a simple visual rebranding. What is their story? Innosolv could not be boxed into one category. Their services and expertise ranged from GCC, Bookkeeping and CFO, to IT Consulting and HR Sourcing…to name a few. How could we communicate all of these without coming across as a salesy catalogue?
Why had they chosen to go from a Chartered Accounting firm to so much more? It was as simple as supply and demand. If a customer needed a new service that Innosolv wasn’t yet providing, they found a way to start providing it – ensuring they could fully satisfy the customer’s needs, no matter what. Innosolv’s dedication to their customers has resulted in the wide array of services they offer today, and is a reflection of their ethos (and chaos).
This was a story we wanted to understand better. So, we proposed a brand story workshop – a way for us to get on the ground and problem-solve in collaboration. Appreciative of Tellable’s resolve, Innosolv gave us the green light to construct a brand story.
Thus it began; Innosolv’s team and Tellable, huddled over virtual calls and on a joint mission to pick out one thread among the many stories from Innosolv’s impressive career as a solutions firm.
And then inspiration struck! A company that had grown to handle such an extensive range of services, was like assembling all these puzzle pieces to make one big picture. Innosolv could be the missing piece their clients needed – and like a software plug-in, Innosolve could help you where and when you needed it, and step away when their services were no longer necessary.

A growth plug-in. A puzzle that could expand to any number of piece –i.e, one that would leave room for any services the future might hold. That was Innosolv, and that was what the website would reflect.
Off we went to the drawing board. Our designer crafted a comprehensive brand document that would guide our vision. Then came the website content, Innosolv’s story in words. Next came the design, after which we could begin developing the website on WordPress.


“We Are Your Growth Plug-in”, says their new website. Suddenly, a whole catalogue of services spanning the world of technology fall into place as one, seamlessly. That’s the power of knowing your story and owning it.
Working alongside Innosolv was a reminder of why Tellable does what it does. It’s not enough to simply do – we must think, ask why, and accomplish work intentionally. Tellable isn’t just another branding agency, we are storytellers first and last.
