From 0 to 100: The pressure of launching big and fast
Zifo RnD Solutions had an ambitious plan. They were launching 100 AI-powered tools designed to transform the life sciences industry — and each one needed its own brochure, video, pitch deck, and PR article.
There was just one catch: no in-house content team, no time to build one, and no agency that truly understood the science and the storytelling.
When you’re launching one hundred AI products, the last thing you want is to explain what AI is to your content agency. Or worse — explain it a hundred times.
Enter the cure: A creative team that speaks science
Zifo had tested the waters with Tellable on a few smaller projects. We’d earned their trust by showing that we could understand the domain, grasp the nuances, and translate their tech into narratives that resonated.
So when the 100-product avalanche loomed, they didn’t hesitate.
They chose Tellable — not just for our agility, domain fluency, and creative firepower, but because we worked like an internal team without the hiring troubles.
“We don’t need to explain everything from scratch. Tellable gets us.”
— A compliment we didn’t ask for, but definitely wrote down and read twice.
This wasn’t just a content sprint. It was a marathon relay. Zifo needed a partner who could:
• Scale up and down without drama
• Handle multiple content formats with consistency
• Work under tight deadlines without compromising clarity
• Add strategic value — not just follow instructions
Under a retainer model, we built a cross-functional team: writers, designers, animators, and a project manager who stayed in sync with Zifo’s internal roadmap and culture.
We worked like antibodies—targeted, fast-acting, and invisible until needed. We asked questions and turned deep tech into compelling stories.

Impact (so far)
This is an ongoing project as of June 2024. We haven’t reached product #100 yet — but neither has Zifo stopped smiling.
Here’s what the journey looks like so far:
Content kits are being delivered with scientific precision and creative flair
Turnaround time that shocks project managers (in a good way)
Weekly syncs that feel less like meetings and more like mission briefings
Creative consistency across formats, even when the brief is just, “Make us look nice”
Domain understanding that reduces explanation fatigue (we ask smart questions, not “What’s PCR again?”)
And while the finish line is still several months (and many PDFs) away, the results so far have confirmed one thing: In the race to scale content for cutting-edge AI products, Zifo didn’t need more vendors — they needed a story team with stamina.
