Santhanam Vidhyalaya (CBSE), Trichy, has a vision: to bring change-makers across domains -- including but not limited to professors, sportspersons and decorated members of the Indian army -- to inspire their students.

The school achieves this through in-house events and workshops, bringing stories from all walks of life to their students. But when the school is focused on organising and conducting multiple workshops, talks, or performances in quick succession, marketing those same events is now just an additional load on their shoulders.

Too many events; not enough hands to take care of them all. This risks impacting the following events, threatening to throw their carefully planned event schedule out the window.

How does a school keep things running smoothly without getting overwhelmed?

Design partner & support system

By allowing some of that excess work to redirect to their support systems.

We understood what Santhanam Vidhyalaya needed: A creative partner on speed dial, who could lend a helping hand at a moment's notice. We wouldn't take over the school's events marketing, just aid in the journey forward. Any time there was an overflow of work for the school, we could jump in and work seamlessly with the team.

Now Santhanam Vidhyalaya had two sets of hands, but the same polished outcome.

Supporting the school looked different each time: from social media posts, an anniversary celebration video, to workshop posters. Our deep understanding of their vision and their brand made work faster, especially crucial when time is limited.

When the calendar looked less like a to-do list and more like a battle plan, it was our cue to step in.

Giving an institute their time back

Bringing our own design expertise to the table, we could work in tandem with the school to ensure that marketing materials:

1) went out on time,

2) were on brand, and

3) successfully communicated events -- before and after they happened.

Timely promotion meant improved student anticipation and participation. If students were kept updated on upcoming events at the school and given concrete evidence for why they should participate, they would want to show up.

Ultimately, our role as the school's design partner was giving the school their time back. They could focus energy on actually making these events a reality without getting overwhelmed.

By supporting the school, we could contribute to their vision of bringing change-makers to their students -- bringing the future to their students one event at a time.

Do you have a vision that needs a little extra support? We can help.
